Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bestpartyideas for Bestpartyideas digital party-planning kits, generated songs, optional personalized visuals, and optional merchandise. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to purchase.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide every child photo and personal detail. Hosts must review all recipes, allergy guidance, activities, venue instructions, music, and generated content before use and provide appropriate adult supervision. Bestpartyideas is planning assistance, not medical, dietary, childcare, or safety advice.

Digital kits

Generated plans are theme-adjacent and designed to avoid official logos, exact character likenesses, protected brand marks, and copyrighted lyrics. AI-generated material can contain mistakes or similarities that require host review. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use delivered files for the private event and share them with people helping host it. Do not resell, publish, train models on, or use the files to impersonate another person.

Orders and delivery

Prices and included revisions are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Generation begins after confirmed payment and depends on external providers, so delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Keep the delivery email and secure access link private. If a link expires, use the access-recovery form with the order number and delivery email. Private photos, personalized images, custom-song audio, and merch artwork are normally removed after 30 days, so download the files you need promptly. If a provider failure prevents delivery, the Refund Policy applies.

Merch

Merch artwork is generated as original birthday-theme artwork. Printful orders are submitted only after checkout and may be manually reviewed before confirmation. Colors and placement may differ slightly from screen previews. Shipping estimates, address accuracy, size selection, and defect claims are governed by the checkout disclosures and Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

We may pause the service for safety, security, maintenance, provider outages, suspected abuse, or unlawful requests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bestpartyideas is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing rules

The version accepted at checkout governs that order. Material changes apply prospectively. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's registered jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before formal proceedings, contact us so both sides can try to resolve the issue directly.
